I'm afraid some of you'll see my idea in a different point. anyway I was what could be the first feeling when and before going in a trip to Africa! what's the most hard question or the hidden answer that might disturb you before you get to your destination??
Is it the accommodation?
Do locals disturb you or makes you feel unsafe??
do you feel worried about the food and the fact of the difference of life 'Thd world'??
i would like to discus more a,d more; if you have any question i would be glad to add them to mine and beg the experts to help us with it.
"for those who never been to Africa; this might help you"
Security would be my main concern. Depends entirely on where in Africa though. Say Nairobi - I've heard too many bad things and would definitely think twice. But somewhere in Morocco .. no hesitation.
I agree ! some spots in the US are quite scarrryyy too! Thank you peter for charing and joing me!
let's keep the list open...
The most determining factor of security is where you are to visit and the type of accommodations you take, example here in Kenya, most of tourist places are very safe and you cannot be disturbed,i can recommend to you places which are safe here in Kenya,if you are planning a visit Kenya, avoid walking at night, take a car, avoid overclouded areas.and avoid walking in not well lit streets.
