I'd love to participate with this, but I think my status is prohibitive for me to do anything for the time being. When this changes, I'll sign up to it and contribute towards Kiva too. :)

You're on Full member status now. The option should be there in your profile now :) Glad to have another contributor and thanks for your great efforts so far!

Looks like we might have confused you :) To join the Foundation, you don't actually need to sign up yourself - you just plug in the Foundation's ID instead: 1326685919872860 .

Of course, if you want to see the fruits yourself, then you would need your own ID.

Ah.... ops, this is embarassing...

Will plug in the number you've just given me so. No, I'm not looking to make some money myself. I think Kiva is a very worthy cause, and I'm more than happy to be able to do something to contribute towards it.

Hehe, no worries. It's really our fault for not making it a bit more straightforward. Great to have another Kiva contributor! I know Gretchen (Isadora) will be pleased

I think my brain is short circuited this morning and I can't seem to read info and connect to interpret them properly. I know I read the main post re the foundation, and yet when it comes to the profile edit, all it took was a distraction to click on the link below to read more about setting up the AdSense thingy, and off I went on a tangent...

(I also gave someone a rather erroneous travel advice this morning, shessh)

Thanks for steering me back on the right track ;)

I know there's been a little break in the action lately but for those following the TPF blog (or want to get acquainted with it), a new entry was posted today. We have made 4 more $50.00 loans covering various sectors.

Please check out HELP WANTED: No Application required.

Free martinis down at the TP Martini Lounge for anyone up to the challenge of contributing to the Travel Unravelled and/or Book Club blogs!!! We're always looking for authors... (Okay, they may be virtual martinis but they are tasty.)

huh, so you'd like an article to be sent in for the editors to work on?
i thought i was supposed to email and get permission to write first...
so i shot an email over the weekend but didn't hear anything back...
