Hi. I'm considering a canoe or kayak trip along the Amur/Heilongjiang River, between Russia and China (I live in Northeast China). Does anyone know about this river? Is travel allowed? What are the conditions like? Any information you can give would be greatly appreciated.
Also: how do you send a canoe or kayak as cargo on a Chinese train?
