This may sound a bit crazy but I stayed in the Dahab Hostel in Cairo back in June. I had a taxi driver name Sa'id, his catch phrase was "Welcome to Egypt". Does anyone know whom I am talking about or has his phone number? Thanks. My father is heading to Egypt and I want to give him his number...

A Sa'id who says "welcome to egypt". Dude, I gotta say that doesn't narrow it down much. I have literally met two of those in Cairo so far. One at the Giza Pyramids, and one in a souvenir shop on the 6th or 7th floor of City Stars mall. I'll be in Dahab from the 6th to the 18th. Gimme a little more info and I'll see if I can track him down easily. Can't promise I will be able to devote alot of time to it, but I will see. I will definitely need something more definitive than that description. |

Fair enough. If you ask for a driver for the day from the Dahab Hostel in Cairo it should will be this guy. I have tried emailing the hostel and I have not gotten anything back. |
