dahab questions

hi,
going to dahab on thurs for a week. what's the weather like out there at the mo? is it really cool at nite time? would we need fleece/ jackets? also plan to visit cairo for an over nite, same question?

what's the nite life like in dahab? we've heard recently that its v quiet! should we do a couple of nites in sharm el sheikh? any suggestions re hotels there in low-mid range? we have accomm in dahab.

any other tips advice welcome but the weather helps the packing!! :-)

You won't have to worry bout weather at the mo,temp won't go below 20c at night this time of year,up to 30c by day.Been 4 years since i was there but was more a chill out spot rather than a clubbing hotspot at the time but relaxed place,decent food etc

Most restaurants close past 12. There are lots of bars and clubs...
However if you don't like cats, you won't like the town. There are cats everywhere, and each restaurant has many cat sprays!
