Travel Forums System Talk Blog title & Description

Is it possible to remove (not enter) the blog title and description (found in the Settings tab in ones blog)? I want to add my own image banner with my blog description and title on the image itself, so don’t want to have the mandatory blog title and descriptions appearing over the image.
Under the settings tab it says these fields are required.

I think i found a work around. I changed the font size in the CSS to 0px rather than x-large which it was for the title.

The proper way in CSS to hide it is to use either "display: none" or "visibility: hidden". Using "display: none" will remove the element altogether from the page, while "visibility: hidden" will maintain the element holderspace on the page, but the content is not visible on the screen.

I'd do what Hien did as well, although your solution has the same effect in most modern browsers. We do this on the TP blog actually; this is the code I used there:

#header h1, #header p {display:none;}

You need both the h1 and p (h1=title and p=description).

Feel free to grab any other code you need from there!
