Travel between two airports in milan italy

I need help. What is the best way to get from Linate Airport in Milan to Malpensa Airport in Milan when your flight arrives after shuttle service between airport ends. I arrive in Linate Airport at 10:45 pm and shuttle service ends at 10:40. I need to be at Malpensa Airport for my departing flight. I have a ten hour layover, but don't know how to get from one airport to another that late at night.

Just don't. Take a bus downtown (there is night service if I am not mistaken), have a beer and some food, and continue to Malpensa in early morning. The only alternative would be to take a taxi.
