So where is the absolute best place to celebrate New Years in your opinion? I am into the night life, clubs, bars, etc etc and am looking for a nice place to go for this coming New Years

So far the plan is I will stay here in Panama for it but now i have friends going to Miami and Las Vegas for it.

I had a fantastic New Years Eve in New York last year. We paid a cover charge to go to a club that had an open bar. Had a great time, met some great people!

I'm still looking for somewhere to go this year....contenders are Russia, Germany or Ireland....

I don't really go in for celebrating New Year in a big way, but I did spend one cracking Hogmanay (local word for it) in Edinburgh some years ago.

You need to book everything well in advance, though, as it's extremely crowded.

Crazy lot... looking for a new years eve in the cold miserable and grey european countries....

Well, this is recommendation: BARCELONA, the coolest, more cosmopolitan and more beautiful city you can ever enjoy,....
Just walk the streets and also off-shore... please... look at the 19th century buildings... or earlier... there's nothing like it... blue sky, blue sea and green mountains at the back...
There aren't many cities in the world like it....

I even know a place where you can let a room and live your short stay just like a Barcelonian... If interested, you can e-mail me or answer the msg... worth going really!! won't regret it!

regards,
xenia
