Hi Guys!

Me and my mate are planning on heading out to thailand 27th july to the end of August! We're two fun-loving guys aged 23 and 22 who have just finshed uni, looking to meet some people out there.

We're planning on staying a couple of days in bangkok then heading to phuket and then Ko-phangan for the full moon party in August. We plan on visiting a lot more places aswell but have not totally figured out everywhere we're going yet.

Is anyone one else out there at that time? Has anyone got any recommendations?

Cheers,

Jim.

Hey guys where are you flying from? I'm 22 and my sister and I are flying out to Bangkok from Heathrow on the 27th of July too! We're doing a month, doing some travelling around possibly heading up to Koh Tao at some point. Can I just how much you guys are budgeting for? I was thinking of taking £500 for the month - what do you think?

Hey!!!!

Well we are actually booking our flights today, they go from Gatwick Im afraid. The generally feeling about budgeting is about £100 a week from people I have spoken to. So im sure £500 will be fine. It depends on what you do aswel, going mental every night and satying in luxury locations you may need a fiar bit more.

Are you planning on going across to Vietnam?

Jim

Heya,

Not gonna do 'nam this time although I would love to just can't really afford it. Yeh think I'll go with £500 and see how it goes, if the money runs out I can think of worse things to do than chill on a beach for a few days. Have you guys got a planned route or are you just gonna play it by ear? Paid for our flights today, roll on July...
