vanity021 has indicated that this thread is about Indonesia

My husband and I are planning a trip to Bali right after the new year for about 4 days. We want to know what hotel we should stay at? We like something nice...preferbaly 4stars and above. Does anyone know anything about the Four Season's in Kuta? Which place is more recommended Jimbaran or Kuta? What would you recommend for us to do if we ar ethere for such a short amount of time? How is the weather that time of the year.

any information would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

Whats your budget? If you are looking at the Four Seasons price range, hahhah, it shouldn't be hard! Think the Four Seasons, u r looking at 400-500 USD...PHEW!

If thats the range u r looking at, check out "the Bale" as well. By the sanctuary resorts. Also check out "Kayumanis villas", both in Nusa Dua and Ubud. Also, one of the Aman resorts, they have one in Bali...

In addition, slightly down the price scale, you can have a look at "the Legian", or the "club at the Legian". Otherwise, they have a new "Chedi Club" as well.

Then, further down the scale, I think "Damai" is fantastic value for money. But a bit remote. At this range, u have lots, have a look at the new "Uma Ubud" by Como hotels, the "Alila Ubud" as well.

Thats all I can think of off the cuff. Let me know if u want to know more.:)

Weather...might be rainy. Pls feel free to correct me, anyone out there! ;)

Oh, just thought of a few more u can have a look at, I was checking these out a few months ago for my anniversary holiday, hehheh, so they tend to be more the boutique-ish, romantic types...

There is the "Jamahal villa", "Puri Wulandari" and "Bengawan Giri". They are all very nice, were a bit above my price range, so I decided against them in the end... perhaps u can have a look at them yourself and see!
