Hi,

When I traveled around europe a year ago, I remember using a website that would help you findind an airline companydepending on your intinerary. I was looking for a cheap flight from london to helsinki, and this website would give me all the airline companies offering this specific trip.... i can't remember what this website was, but it ended up being very helpful... Has someone ever used this website I am talking about...?

Thank you very much,

Virginie

Maybe Kayak or Momondo or another meta-search site like that?

Here's another one to add to your rapidly growing collection: Low Cost Airlines

It is always best to look at the airline's websites, as well as the travel agent's. On occasion, an agent's website may be connected with the actual airline - therefore favour them over another that could possibly be cheaper.
It is also the case, that often agents charge less than the airline. I travel non-stop from Manchester to Antwerpen regularly and sometimes it's cheaper to go through an agent than direct to the airline - sometimes it's the other way round.
EasyJet have been known to be cheaper through an agent - and the next week, cheaper when booked direct.
