Travel Forums Asia Sports bar that plays hockey in Bangkok?

Anyone know of any good sports bar or any place that plays hockey in bangkok? Any Canadian hangouts?
Unfortunately games are at about 4/6pm local and probably 8/10am bangkok time.

I don't really want to miss it if my team goes deep into the playoffs. I guess i could always just watch it streaming over the net if nothing is available.

Try Flying Farangs There are email addresses on the "Contacts" page which might help.

You might want to also post that question in the Thai Visa Forum. There are many expats who live full time in Thailand who regularly post on that forum.

I see US football all the time during season. I can't remember seeing hockey but I would not be surprised to if it is on.

You can pick up some games on a computer. If you are in an area with a free wifi connection you might be able to pick up some games. That is something you can look into.

Good luck.

Your best options would be either Khao San Rd (ie the pubs/restaurants there), or Nana Plaza (Sukumvit Soi 4 I think?).

Have a look around for some place resembling Canada, or just go into one of the British/Aussie places and ask there (expat owners might know). I don't remember seeing any Canadian bars, but good luck with the search.
