Hello, I am a US citizen who has overstayed her 90 day schengen visa. 4 months ago, I entered Switzerland and for the first time (since it is now part of Schengen), my passport got stamped, not scanned. I am leaving in 2 months and am really scared as to what may happen at the airport. Will I get stamped on my way out? Will I be able to enter Europe again, say through another port? HELP!

Different EU member states have different rules regarding overstaying your visa. Your best bet would be to call a neutral body like your own embassy for example who should be able to tell you what the penalties are. The US Embassy in Bern, Switzerland can be found here: US Citizens Services
