This is a very simple operation. Write your message in the usual way and then decide which words, sentences or paragraphs you want to highlight in this way. if it's just a single word, double click it and then click the respective button at the top of the message field.

If you want to highlight a sentence, click the first letter at the beginning of the sentence and then hold down SHIFT while you click the last letter. This will highlight everything in between. Then click the appropriate button. Use the same steps to highlight a paragraph.

You can also click the first letter and then hold down SHIFT while you press the right arrow key. Do the same in reverse to deselect it i.e. SHIFT+left arrow key.

If you want to highlight the whole post, hit CTRL+A to select it and then click the appropriate buttons. You can deselect a letter, word, or sentence by holding down CTRL while you click it.

Click the Preview button to check that it looks OK before you submit it.

Have fun. :)

Hey Blinq,

The "Help" section covers the "how to" aspects of simple code.

Was I the only one who actually clicked the "Help" section way back when?

After I posted that "Help" comment, Beerman asked me where could he find the section. (Giggling to myself), I told him the secret. He replied with the same response as Blinq (Duh).

Note to self - suggest to Overlords the help button should be more prominent. Maybe some circles and arrows and blinky lights. Yeah, that's the ticket. Blinky lights!!

Grtechen,
It sounds like you want to go "LAS VEGAS STYLE". Nothing understated around here!
