Pretty much. That's what you asked wannit?? So I posted it.
If you've ever done Eastern Europe, you'll know where I'm coming from.
Sorry if it doesn't make sense to you - but it does to me.
Takes all sorts I s'pose.

See, if I'd known about Somali Cruises, I could have booked that for the pirate crew's trip to wish Yiren (Opospa) a happy birthday back in February. But no..... Instead the TP pirate ship sailed around in circles because the Somali pirates didn't respect our pirate flag. Besides, we would have gotten free ammo - who can resist an offer like that?!! I'm sure the ship will head in that direction again before too long so I've written down the Somali Cruises' reservation phone number.

No, it was related to the link in my post, but that's ok.
But yes, I know what you mean, although my border crossings weren't by car, which probably takes more and more time

Sorry - I didn't read the link about Somali cruises.
I like listening to travel stories, whatever they are. Oh - and don't believe that crossing by foot necessarily means more time, although I certainly agree with you - it can do. I've so many memories of mishaps crossing borders, both on foot and with wheels, sometimes mine - sometimes other people's.
There'll be lots more to come too, for sure.
