I am trying to find out where this place is. I’ve looked all over but can't find it. If you have an idea of where this might be located, please reply!!

Hi travelfox,

I noticed the photo is in your profile. But I guess you didn't take the photo yourself?

I wouldn't have a clue to be honest, hope someone else has!

Unless someone knows the exact location, probably impossible to say, but my guess would be somewhere along the West Coast of North America. A few things lead me to this suggestion.

1. The boats and dock look nice and well maintained, that suggests 1st world.
2. beach is well maintained and raked, again well maintained so 1st world.
3. Trees look like they are deciduous, which would imply a more northernely climate.
4. Brown hills imply hilly region, and they are covered with trees, which implies it isn't desert. The hills aren't big enough to be mountains, so somewhere out of the mountains.

I would look at California, Oregon, Washington and B.C. California would be my best bet, but that could be because I am more familiar with that region than the others I mentioned.

Do you have a better picture? It's kind of small.

The combination of background and water make it look an awful lot like the shores of Lake Como, Italy. Pic's too small to make anything of it, though: I can't even tell whether it's a lawn or a beach in the front part.

Mountains suggest Karst, maybe along Northern Italy, Slovenia or Northern Croatia. But then again what do I know about 'geology'. Just a guess really.
