Hi all
Is it possible to rent a car in Munich, Germany and return it in Prague? (four days rental)
If yes, are there extra charges? Is it required to purchase extra insurance for going into "Eastern Europe"

thanks for any tips

Expect to pay several hundred EUR.

But unless you got a special reason for renting the car it will be cheaper and easier to take the train. With a few tricks it costs only about 30 EUR to get from Munich to Prague, and 2 people travelling together pay even less.

Write some more about your travel plans and we will be able to help you.

One way rent-a-car in Europe is so rarely practiced, that it'll be difficult to find a company that'll entertain your request. However, I suggest you fire up either Yahoo! or Google and just type in 'One way car rentals - Europe'. There'll be a few outlets that do it - but it's gonna be so mad expensive.
