Victoria Falls - "The Adventure Capital of Africa"
Casper, USA - "Adventure Capital of Wyoming"
Keswick, England - "Adventure Capital of Great Britain"
Dominica (the island) - "Adventure Capital of the Caribbean"

Depends on what type of adventure you are looking for!

Pattaya; every night is an adventure!

You could try the Pakistan/Afghanistan border if you crave adventure!

It definitely depends on how you define "adventure". Sure, Queenstown, NZ is often labeled as the adventure capital of the world, with it's bungy jumping, sky diving, jet boating etc... But I would be more likely to label them as "Adrenaline Sports" rather than adventure. For me, adventure requires a challenge, discovery, and facing the unknown.
I found backpacking around India for half a year a bit of an adventure, but since you are Indian you may have the same experience. I also find extended road trips with absolutely no plans or destination to be adventurous even in your own country, though even more so in a country that doesn't speak your language. Some people like to add challenges to an otherwise unadventurous destination - such as making a journey by bicycle, hiking, climbing a mountain, sailing etc...
Two adventures that I would like do are overland journeys around Africa and Central Asia.
So yeah, it depends on what kind of adventure you want. If you want to jump off a bridge, head to Queentown. Otherwise, head to someplace that interests you but that you think would challenge you. Make few plans, but go with an open mind and a willingness to try anything. You will will find an adventure there.
