i spent last winter in germany norway sweeden and the czech republic it was quite chilly my down jacket came in real handy.its a great time to be there the standard of apartments and central heating is amazing it seemed colder back home in new zealand,
wed go skiing just about every night under lights and it never felt that cold untill you stopped, skated on massive lakes and even drilled a hole and went fishing through the ice,
had a great time i think the secret is large amounts of glug or gluvine the hot mulled wine its good gear and will warm you up.
have a good one
