Studio avail now Potts Point, Sydney city

Hi,

We have been living in Sydney for three months but now time to move on to NZ so the flat we are living in is available from 30th May. The landlady is lovely so helping her out by trying to get someone nice and reliable in. Ad is on Gumtree Sydney but thought someone might be coming to Sydney or here now and looking to live somewhere cheaper than a hostel for min. 3 months. -snip-
