'FREE'(ish) House for writer????

Here's a big big ask.

I'm looking for a house by the sea in Ireland for about two/three weeks. It must be quiet with a sea-view and really, reallly cheap - or even FREE. In return it's possible I could barter my services as a graphic artist, writer... ok I'll paint some walls or tend garden in return.
The sooner the better as I'm on a deadline to finish some work and it won't happen unless I just disappear for a while.

As usual my requests are a bit odd but maybe, just maybe someone can help.

PS. Croatia or Scandinavia would also work for me.

I can do you Bulgaria, although it's not super quiet and you kind of have to hang out of the balcony to see the sea....

I can also do you Bulgaria - but miles from anywhere and exceptionally quiet. You've more chance of seeing a goat on the road, than a car.
