Ibiza in December????

Hi All!

Will Ibiza be recommended in December and early January? I am planning my honeymoon and want to take my fiance to a beautiful beach....other destinations on the radar are Greece, Portugal and Canary Islands....but not sure about the weather in any of these places at that time of the year....so please let me know how will Ibiza be in December and January? other TP users have already told that the rest of the locations will be pretty cold and windy.

If you've got the Canaries on your list - then do there instead. Not only will Ibiza be cold at night (not even that warm during sun-up), but a lot of the night gaffs will be closed - especially on the coast.
The Canaries are open all year round. What's your tipple in the evenings (apart from the obvious on a honeymoon)?? Are you into clubbing etc??

We are not much into clubbing....basically we would love to have some quiet time alone on the beaches to enjoy the scenary....so keeping that in mind thought of going to a beach resort....and can you suggest any good hotels in the Canaries??? keeping in mind the obvious tipple on a honeymoon!!!
