Hello. My Name is Jennifer Smith and in a few weeks I want to plan a surprise trip for me and my husband as we celebrate 15th years of marriage. My desired destination is Spain. I am having problems choosing the right hotel, while searching the Internet I have found a website –snip- which looks like a portal that offers information regarding some hotels.
My doubts: is everything true on that website, do the descriptions match reality? Because my budget is limited so I don’t want to spend all my money vacation on lousy accommodations. Any feedback regarding my post or other websites that offer this kind of information would be highly appreciated. Thank you for your attention. Jennifer.
[ Edit: Sorry, no promos please. ]
Javea is a nice place. It is very close to Valencia. I like Valencia - very much and the surrounding area is nice too.
How much is your limited budget - and where are you flying from??
I'm travelling from Florida, USA. I posted a website where I've found some information regarding lodging, why did it disappear ?
The moderator probably regarded your message as potential spam because you're a first-time poster. A good portion of first-time posters that mentions websites in their posts are spammers, who use the forums to advertise their own website or business.
As a general answer to your question: information on websites is never fully congruent with the truth. Hotels always publish the best photos of their best rooms, while you are likely to end up in something not quite as nice. The best thing to look for are other people's references, as these may give you a more reliable impression.
