Best mode of transport from Pula to Plitvice - Croatia

Hello All,

I am flying into Pula where I hope to spend a couple of days exploring before heading to Plitvice.

Can anyone advise how I go about getting from Pula to Plitvice? Bus/Train and would I need to change transport en-route?
