So little difference once you're in the nightclub areas. Otherwise, you'll find some of the Greek Islands much cheaper in general. Ibiza prices are similar to Barcelona when eating out. Rhodes, Crete, Kos (for example) are dearer overall for everything, compared to Corfu, but many areas of spending will be cheaper than Ibiza.
What are your plans - eg: rent-a-car, scooter, hotels, hostels, camping, nightclubbing etc.?? I can give you some solid price guides.

if you're going clubbing greek islands would be cheaper! in ibiza its about 50 euros in to the club and then around 12 euros for just a bottle of water!! considering euros and the pound are almost 1:1 at the minute, id go to Greece!!

They're not all €50 in Ibiza - to get in. Paradis was only around €30 and the drinks prices were good too.
Was a great night with full on lights and the choons were very selective and not continuous Europop like Benidorm.

Well Redpaddy, to be honoust, I don´t consider €30 euro to be ´only´. But of course it depends on the amount of money you have to spend and yes, compared to some of the other clubs there it is much cheaper.

Kearoot:

As you can see from the other replies Ibiza is generally more expensive, especially the nightclubs but overall the crowd is very different as well.

On the Greek Islands, in the bigger, popular, towns big part of the crowd is usually younger (17-25) and really only there for a week of party during the night and sleeping in the sun. So if you want to visit a town like this (e.g. Malia and Chersonissos on Crete) you must be either into this kind of crowd (young people who are drunk most of the day, riding around on scooters and making quite some noise) or stay outside of (the centre of) this towns. This goes especially around June/July when schools are just finished. I don´t want to take the Greek Islands down because it is really nice there, I went last year (stayed outside the centre of Malia) but it is just a tip so you know what to prepare for.

Ibiza is generally more expensive but (therefore) also attracts a crowd that is usually a bit older and more sophisticated. Of course the nightlife is pretty wild here as well but in a different way. I have not been there yet myself (unfortunately) but heard and read great great stories about it.

To make this long story short, it really depends on what you are looking for. If you want to party, Greek Islands are much cheaper, Ibiza is what I would call more sophisticated. If you are looking to stay in a smaller, not party, town I would choose Greece, pricewise.
