Kathmandu to Bangkok

hey guys im havin trouble finding infomation on how to get from kathmandu to bangkok id rather not fly and im trying to avoid burma because of its current travel warnings is there an overland train or bus route or somthing? and if i need to fly how much would is cost.. would it be easier to cross back into china?

You would have to go through China, there isn't another route.
