USD from ATM in Nairobi

I figure I may as well ask. I know that in 2007 there was at least one ATM in Nairobi that dispensed USD straight out to foreign card holders. Does anybody know if one still exists, and where?

NOTE:
- I already know about the UN one at Gigiri, but as it is on the compound it is of no use to me/normal travellers.

- It also needs to dispense USD to a FOREIGN atm card: there are a few here which will give USD to local atm cards and people who have USD accounts at the bank, but this service is not open to foreign cards like mine.

he's doesn't know where they are in Nairobi. As he works for the UN he uses the one on compound.
He also said that you need to have a USD account in Kenya to withdraw dollars.

I've just had an email from my friend in Kenya and he says that - as far as he's aware, there are no USD ATM's in Nairobi that are available for the public to use. Sorry.

Thanks, guys. It pretty much confirms my suspicions that there is no longer a USD ATM that allows withdrawals by normal non-residents. Oh well!
