There are 4 of us and looking in Europe, and (sort of Europe) Turkey in the middle of September.
Thinking about Spain or Italy or Canary islands.
We are interested in Scuba diving, canyoning, caving, windsurfing, treking, horse riding, mountain biking/cycling, surfing, etc.
Any ideas thanks :D
Bilbao, and southern Turkey have adventure tours there but thinking about finding a hostel that can offer options?
Will be flying from the UK.
Turkey - Spain - Italy - Canaries and Bilbao.... How long you thinking of doing this for??
I can help you, but can you possibly narrow it down a bit??
if you can please, as stated its for one week. Thanks
Then for just 1 week - with all the things you wanna do, for me it would have to be the Canary Islands. Everything is available in Tenerife, Grand Canaria and Lanzarote.
Mid-September, that'll be your best weather too.
Thanks but I've already spent a lot of time in those specific islands before, includng 3 months in Tenerife Whale Researchign. I was thinking El Hierro?
Hierro is a lovely little island with good whale watching - and the Diablo cave is a fascinating natural wonder. It has a 1000 seater theatre inside it. If something's going on there, it's well worth the visit.
There are two ferries (I think!!). One to Tenerife and another to Gomera - another truly beautiful island.
OK well I worked in Tenerife and stayed in La Gomera and it was cool
Been to Fuerteventura and Lanzarote on a different trip as well
