hey all,
I'm travelling for the first time to south america in september and I'm planning to do some volunteer work around there. got some contacts in quito but so far nothing in buenos aires, where i would like to stop as well. all the programs i find i have to pay a lot and it looks like summer camps! the one i found in quito is ok but so far i have no idea about the cost of living there. its easy to get a room? a part time job? its cheap to live there?
once in quito i thought about to travel to buenos aires, crossing peru and chile. does any one knows if its ok to do by bus? i dont have a big budget so i'm looking to do it in the cheapest way i can.
