Help me on suggestions for my corporate trip...!!

Hello all, I have my plans coming up to visit Montreal in the next month. It is a corporate trip and I am in-charge of the arrangements there. We are having a tour of the city and since it is a corporate one, I need to arrange for the accommodations and the cars that would be used for the trip. I need some suggestions on the accommodations and the cars that I need to arrange for the trip. So, please do help me on this.

I know absolutely nothing about Montreal, never been there. But something does come to mind that I would like to write about.

Here in the US, taxpayers are HOT about Corporations receiving billions in Government bailouts and perks and then to learn that outrageous $$$ was spent on entertainment for executives, sales reps, etc.

I think it makes plenty of sense for Business to honor their top producers. In the current economic climate, it makes an equal amount of sense to budget corporate spending VERY responsibly and not add to the "Marie Antoinette" Culture of excess and waste!

Should your Corporate Event become this months "poster child" example of material excess on the "Channel 6 Evening News", you yourself don't want to be announced as the "mastermind" behind the publicity disaster. Don't let that happen on "your watch"!

Well, the major rental car companies in the US and Canada are:

Alamo
Avis
Budget
Dollar
Enterprise
Hertz
National; and
Thrifty

The two largest of these are Hertz and Avis. I would start with them.
