I am going to be studying abroad for the month of July in Belgium and will be taking weekend trips to Monaco, Paris, Dusseldorf, and Amsterdam. I am concerned as to how much money I will need to bring with for spending on train tickets, hostels, food, etc. If anyone could help give me an estimate I would greatly appreciate it!

I'm afraid you won't get many useful responses on a question this vague. Do some research yourself, tell us in a bit more detail what you want to do and what your spending habits are, and maybe we'll be able to help.

Making a rough guesstimate:

Expect to be spending around 800-1100 EUR for the month in Belgium. That is without any money for trips.

For the trips plan on around 50-100 EUR per trip day, depending upon your spending habits and what you plan to do. (Most students do fine with 50 EUR per trip day, maybe even less.) On top of that money should go the costs for transport to Duesseldorf, Monaco, Paris and Amsterdam. Work them out seperately.
