can anyone tell me the best road route from usa to zacatecas
weve gone through juarez before and find it a little scary!!

As I said in an earlier thread, I'd go through San Antonio, Texas to Laredo, Texas using Interstate 35, then into Nuevo Laredo in Mexico, then take 85-D to Monterrey, take 40 to Saltillo, and then take 54 to Zacatecas. This is also a bit "scary", but certainly much, much better than going through Ciudad Juarez--Mexico's crime capital. |
