Hello, I will be travelling with 2 or 3 gal pals in September to Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. We would love to give back to the countries we visit by volunteering in any way we can. Seems inappropriate that there are a thousand agencies on the net that charge 500- 700 dollars to volunteer for a week. Makes a backpackers tip unaffordable and seems like a money making opportunity that is only benefitting the owners. We would be more than happy to pay room and board of course, and assured a donation would be made.
