India in September?

Hi, everyone. I have 20 days to travel this september and at first I thought about going to India, but I've read that It can still be very wet at this time of the year. Is that true? Monções are still happening in september? Is there a part of India that would be nice to visit in September?

Whihc part of india you are planning for? If its north India then some ways its one of the best time wheather wise as it not hot and humid .Please let me know where you planning on going so i can guide you better.

Sept. you can travel to Delhi-Agra-Rajasthan, in this part sept.. is end of mansoon time and you can enjoy gree and not very hot landscapes of coularfull Rajasthan.
there are trains from Delhi to Agra and to Rajasthan [jaipur/Jodhpur}. if you want to hire a taxi-car with driver there are some trust worthy travel company in Delhi and Rajasthan {Rajasthan Association of Tour Operators}

Bundi to Udaipur via chittorgarh Fort.
Udaipur to Jodhpur via Ranakpur temple and kumbhalgarh fort.
