I am planning to take a break from work and visit Las Vegas. I need leads for hotels in Las Vegas. Can I make on-line reservations? Is there any site with all feasible options?

There are plenty of online booking sites for Las Vegas. Try here or here. Pick a hotel, plug in your dates and see what is offered. Excalibur, Circus Circus, Sahara, Imperial Palace are all on the Strip and are offering low prices. Decide where you want to stay and go to that hotel's website. Compare and book online. It will be cheaper than calling them. Good luck with your planning.

Also, look for vacation packages through the airlines. I just got through taking a trip from the Monterey Bay area with my wife that included three days and two nights at the 5-star Mandalay Bay, plus nonstop round-trip airline tickets, plus a $50 voucher towards drinks at the pool, all for less than $500.

If you are willing to stay next door at the Luxor and spend three nights, you can get the hotel stay, the airline tickets, and tickets for 2 to the Disney Lion King show all for less than $440--and there are other cheaper hotels and various discounts available as well.

We had a great time.
