i'm going to india in july and have a few questions if anyone could help..
firstly, ive read a bit about what to wear and being conservative but does anyone have any particular advice for going in the monsoon? i cant see how long cotton trousers and things like that work or even the traditional indian clothes ive heard are good to buy out there. and is it ok to wear sleeveless tops but wrap a scarf around your shoulders and chest?
also i'm a very keen runner and have basically accepted that i won't be able to train properly when i'm away..but is it at all possible to go out running when traveling through india? i normally run in shorts and a vest top but obviously that wouldn't be possible. any ideas?!
You shouldn’t worry about your cloth/dress, here girls very often using the western cloths so it’s very common to wear the sleeveless tops (without scarf too) and trouser (full or half size, doesn’t matter)
Of course Indian traditional cloths are cheap here so it will be wise to shop in India and obviously you can run in shorts and a vest top, just have precaution that won’t roam till too late night alone or avoid going at silent/dark zone.
As your question I can’t catch-up that which part of India you will travel, India is a huge country so please clearly check out about monsoon detail at your travel destinations
Hope you will find great fun at trip to Incredible India
All depends on which part of india you are coming too?
