Hi,
I have two questions about Kangaroo Island:
1. How long would be a decent amount of time to spend on the island when having your own vehicle?
2. Which rental companies allow me to take the car on the ferry to Kangaroo Island?

We were on Kangaroo Island in February. We hired a Maui Campervan and they alowed us to take it on the ferry. I reckon you would need at minimum 3 nights on Kangaroo Island . Be sure to camp at Vivonne Bay camp ground it is great their are only two powered sites and rest are not. Clean toilets but no showers. Right on river and beach. We caught tasty black bream from the river. |
