At home or on the road, I keep up my intake of calcium, magnesium and potassium.

Everyone knows how essential calcium is to maintain our bones and joints. But magnesium is very important for our muscles and tissues generally. If you experience fatigue and muscle spasms, particularly after a workout or strenuous activity, try some magnesium.

Potassium and electrolyte minerals are lost through perspiration and must be replenished, particularly in hot humid summer weather. These minerals are found in products like Gatorade. Then there is a powder that you add to water called "EmergenC" which contains the electrolyte minerals, potassium, magnesium, and vitamins B complex and C. It is available in several fruit flavors (tropical is my favorite). EmergenC is sold in whole foods and supplement outlets and increasingly in sports, outdoor and mountain sports stores. It's a great alternative to Gatorade.

Ok thats probably in the USA only. As for the website I mention it isn't next day delivery as I'm still waiting

I tend to go for the (fresh) fruit juices! :)

The smaller ones (fresh) are 4 times more than a bigger shop bought one!
