I have been reading the threads about being in Sydney over xmas but I was just wondering is Melbourne any good over xmas and does any1 have any info on any good dance events

Are you going to be in Melbourne over Christmas? We will be too and we're trying to figure out where to eat and what might be going on on and around Christmas. Let me know if you need people to meet up with or have any ideas yet.

in melbourne over new year's there's sensation.
if you haven't heard of it, it's this massive dance party where everyone dresses in white.
not sure if it's sold out yet though.
there's also pyramid rock festival, but that's about and hour and half out of melbourne on phillip island.
it's a music festival, goes for three days, you camp out there and everything.
it's supposed to be really good.
of course, there's always melbourne city, which is absolute chaos on new year's.
