China to Israel (anyone take such flights?)

Can people fly to Israel from China with 3,000 to 5,000 RMB budget??? tax included... Round trip? Someone told me, he has to get to Jordan first...

My internet is hell slow with some sites and how do you know the exact price? Its really frustrating with all this Promo and then you see "exclusive of tax". I never get the point of these ads, if you don't get the exact price...

I check airfrance and finn air for trips to Europe and its so cheap, like 3,000 to the UK and I think 5,000 to Germany.
But I never check on any destinations in the middle east.

Finn air does not fly to Tel Aviv from China.... I assume its the capital of Israel.

Where are all the Isreali travellers when you need them? And I don't mean Americans with the red string, but that will do, if they know cheap flights... Is 3,000 impossible? 5,000 that is China to Germany (with Oasis), Air France and Finn. So I am not willing to pay more than 5 thousand RMB.

Hi "Swept Away": it might make it easier for others to help if you told them how much you're willing to pay in Euros or dollars (U.S., Canadian or Australian, not RMB). If you are only willing to pay US$400-750 (3,000 to 5,000 RMB) you might not be able to do it. The cheapest flights to the Middle East or Europe usually go through Dubai, which doesn't seem to offer flights to Israel (unless I'm mistaken). So, flying to Israel is more expensive: the cheapest flights I've seen are over US$1200 (8,000 RMB).

If 3000 - 5000 CNY including tax is you maximum budget then forget about it. You may be able to get to places thousands want to fly to at that price, but places that is conflict ravaged, has government warnings against travel to the country and most are too scared to go to, you have no hope. All flights there wouldn't have many people on it at all so they'd be losing major amounts of money every flight. Even if you fly from Shenzhen which has Air Asia flying out to South East Asia, the cheapest I can find is close to 10,000 CNY including tax and that is by getting a very cheap flight to Bangkok and then flying from there. Flights from Hong Kong to Tel Aviv are heaps more than that.

I don't need a Visa to Israel... But 800 RMB, is too expensive... I've got to give it up...
Europe is cheaper... but I wanted Israel. I got really optimistic after checking out rates at one airlines. I didn't Europe can be that cheap, I thought Israel cant go beyond 500 rmb.

I mean 5,000. Its sad... I won't go... Unless I meet more interesting Isrealis in the next 2 weeks, 3,000 more may just be worth it... Besides I won't be spending on accomodations and food. Still I wish that 5,000 is enough.

India-Israel is a common route, many Israelis backpack around India. You might be able to find good deals (charter flights maybe) on this route if you can get to India on the cheap.

There are also some great deals on India-Jordan and India-Egypt available, mostly with the airlines from the Gulf area. (Air Arabia is a budget airline that flies that route via Sharjah.) The airlines in the gulf area would fly China-Jordan too. From Amman it would then be only half a day to get to Israel.

In winter Tuifly flies for around 100-250 EUR return from Germany to Israel, if you can get a good deal to Germany this might be an option to look at.

Making an educated guess Turkish Airlines might be your best bet for flying China-Israel direct.

I said if I were to meet a Jew on a wednesday, I'll take it as sign that I'll go...

An american guy, that I really dIdn't like in the past, is apparently, Jew with an Israeli passport...
He told me to check out Turkish airlines, but he said it would stop at Jordan.

I'll need a visa to India and Germany.... so those places, I'd have to wait.
