Hiya P&O do ferries from the Uk to Ireland Liverpool to Dublin probably best - Liverpool is an ace city!!)....check their website http://www.poirishsea.com/ If you fancy nipping into the Isle of Man :D (where I live!) You can get a boat from Liverpool or Heysham to the IOM for about £30, and one then onto Ireland for about £20.... (https://www.steam-packet.com/SteamPacket/Book-Now/) Flights can be pretty cheap though....If you try Aer Arann, Aer Lingus or Ryanair they do cheap flights to Ireland x |

Possibly. If you are flying into Manchester with Canadian Affair / Air Transat, then you could try the ferry option from Liverpool, though as ErolGirl has said there are plenty of connecting flights into Dublin from regional airports in Britain (including Manchester). From Toronto I think that your best bet is to fly direct, with Canadian Affair / Air Transat, into Belfast International and start your Irish holiday from there. PS, if flying to London offers the cheapest Transatlantic fares, then bear in mind the extra distance, time and possibly cost to get to Ireland, especially if you are going to Gatwick, which is the wrong side of London for getting to Ireland. |
