Were in the world can you live cheap, safe and were its beautifull and you dont get borred easy.
I lived in Bulgaria for some years. its cheap and beautufull but if you dont speak bulgarien you will fell a bit like an outcast. and ofcause the price of everything dubles when they find out your not bulgarian. besides its too cold in the winter....
my choise was GHANA. I moved to Ghana 3 years ago, the sun shines and people are much more friendly than in bulgaria, specially the girls. I bought a building in the capital city and im now taking a very good rent montly for it. the problem is that Ghana is not very beautifull eventhou the Ghanians tend think so. the beaches are mostly dirty and the sand gray and the water is not clear. not if you compare it to other countries (thats just my personal opinion). and the country is not cheap, at all! maybe if you want to live in the villages or jungle but in the capital a hotel room easily cost you 200usd a night and some of the clubs and restaurants charge 10usd or more just to enter. an apartment could easily cost 2000usd a month and you will be asked to pay 1 year upfront. the supermarkets charge 3 usd for a liter of milk and 1usd for a can of coke... not to talk about fruit and vegetables... now after 3 years here in Ghana things are getting borring, So were could i Go? Tanzania? Phillipines? Thailand? or somewere i didnt even think of? anybody got an good advice? Ghana is a good place to make money if your carefull, but theres not much to do here. Belize is just too small for me and ukraine is too cold in the winter...
Thanks for your time and advice in advance.

i dunno what you classify as safe (i don't see Bugaria and Ghana as being safe) but MEXICO is cheap, safe (just stay away from drug dealers lol!), beautiful and it's really hard to get bored there.
I am not sure this post should be on the 'Asia' branch to start with.
I have 3 places that you might want to investigate. VietNam is certainly cheap by almost any standards. Many speak English, plenty to do and I doubt you will be bored for many years. I have a friend that thinks Ecuador is the place to retire. Low cost of living, mountains, beaches. Uruguary is also listed as good place to retire on several lists. Never been there, so you will have to do some research on them. Good luck.
I like Hanoi, Vietnam
Thanks for your replys guys...
well, safe for me is when people dont get kidnapped and shut down on the street like in Mexico and south america in general. In bulgaria and Ghana there are very few incidents like that. people do get robbed in Ghana but it rearly end up in murder ect. But yes mexico is really beautiful and cheap but i still think its too dangerous.
sorry, your right this threat shoud not be poste under asia... but still I will problerly end up in asia
Vietnam> I thougth about that too but I also dont think that place is for me, not that many speak english and the girls there dont like to be seen with a white man one friend of my told me.
regarding retirement, im only 28years old so im not there to retire but im there to have fun and get some more life experince.
well, i guess everyone have their own oppinion and beauti is in the eye of the beholder so i guess i better go and see for my self. I will see argentina, Phillipines, thailand, Tanzania and Ukraine....
Thailand... Place where you will never get bored of...
What do you enjoy doing and what would bore you in a place?
Well, I like going to the beach, going out in the evenings to different restaurants living the good life. but i also like nature. But going out like that almost every night can get expensive if you live in london or copenhagen or even Accra in Ghana for that matter so were then? The place should be big enough so that theres plenty of choises.
Ecuador?... after reading more about it i actually think it could be something, orthou its very far away and they speak spanish. I can learn spanish and if i live 6 month in Ghana (in the dry season) and 6 month in Ecuador (in the dry season) that migt work! Im traveling to Europe for 1 month next week but after that i will seach for at ticket to Ecuador. the country seem fairly safe, cheap and plenty sunshine. The capital there of 3 million people is big enough for me not to get borred and its located around alot of beaches so lets see for that one.
