Actually, Agadir has one of the most stable weather throughout the year with average max temperatures not fluctuating too much.
I did a check for you and for the period of 2 weeks from the 16th of november it gave average max temperatures between 21 and 26 degrees and at night between 8 and 13 degrees, with records of 33 and 3 respectively. Average during this period regarding rainfall: 2 out of 14 days.
I did the check on a dutch site: weeronline.nl.

Oh, about the water temperatures: I guess they don't fluctuate that much either, maybe a little warmer during summer. Still, Agadir has one of the best options regarding beaches and swimming compared to other areas on the coast which are either colder (weather) and less safe (better for surfing).
