what is the best way to travel with two children -- ages 12 and 10 and my husband, between the following cities?
London to Paris?
Paris to Venice?
Venice to Tuscany?

I am looking for something economical and quick

Plus, any good hotels in London and Paris that are central to most attractions (walking distance)??

PLEASE HELP!

London to Paris by train (through the 'chunnel')
Paris to Venice possible by train, but also flights available.

Venice to Tuscany by train again. Though I have to say that Tuscany is not a city;)

Plane may the fastest and most economical - as long as the connection costs are taken into account and if you book far enough in advance - though train would probably be the most pleasant way to travel and will get you right to the centre of where you want to go.

I agree- but you could pick up a cheap flight from some of the budget airlines, such as Easyjet, which flies from de Gaulle airport in Paris direct to Venice. I've flown it once and paid about 30 euros, so it's pretty affordable! Train is also a possibility, but it's a bit of a long way with 2 fairly young kids. And where in Tuscany are you going to?
