How far is the Airport in Bangkok rom Ko San Road?

What is the cheapest i can get a beach bungalow for in Ko samui. Looking at costs and need to price up that area?

Joel,
Click here for Samui hotel rates. There are rooms under 1,000 baht, but you do need to decide what month and what beach. Good luck with your planning.

I was wondering if i could get a bungalow any cheaper than about 300-400 bart in ko samui. I am not looking for hotel rooms but rather a beach bungalow.

Thanks

What time of day are you arriving in Bangkok? If you are coming in after 1130 PM you may be stuck with taking a meter taxi to your hotel. If you arrive during the day or early evening hours you can take the Airport Express Bus for 150 baht.

The airport is out in the sticks. On the Airport Express Bus it could take 45 minutes to one hour 25 minutes to get to your get-off point in KSR. Meter taxi about half the time. If there is more than one one of you the price for two people in a meter taxi is not too much different than two people taking the bus. Meter taxi is door to door, bus just gets you somewhere close to your hotel and you walk the rest of the way. Price for a meter taxi is for the ride not per passenger. So, two people in a meter taxi is only a little more than two people using the slower Airport Bus.

Good luck.
