Can anyone confirm for me once and for all if you can fly from Koh Samui to Kuala Lumpur direct? I have seen flight talked about on official websites but Bangkok Air doesn't seem to give the option on its booking page?? 
Any other easy/cheap suggestions to do that part of my trip?!

The only direct flight from Koh Samui to Kuala Lumpur is with Firefly which uses Subang airport in KL for it's flights. I chose a random date and it came out as MYR414 per person which is around US$116. Have a look on http://www.fireflyz.com.my |

Although Subang Airport is closer to the city, air travellers rely mainly on taxi, which costs RM30-40 to the city centre. There's a bus (RapidKL route U81) which goes to the city centre for only RM2, but there's only one every 30 minutes or so. |
