Thailand in November in understated luxury????

All, I've been asked for some advice that I can't answer - where is the best place to go in Thailand in November?

Beaches a must, preferably somewhere not overdeveloped, accomodation must be a pretty heftily decent standard (think 4 and a half star) but not glitzy luxury.

Not really my normal style of travel so I thought somebody out there might know better....

I think staying in pattaya might be good, although some may say its over developed i believe you can easily move out of the action. Staying in pattaya in the marriot hotel is what i would reccomend.

There are so many places to consider it is difficult to select one. How about here?. Or perhaps Koh Chang?. This place is rated the best on Koh Chang.Good luck with your planning and I hope you find the perfect spot.

I suggest Krabi...Very beautiful beach, nice people..
You can go around to have fun with many islands near Krabi. Believe me it's so excite.
