Where to Celebrate Your Birthday in South East Asia?

Travel Forums Asia Where to Celebrate Your Birthday in South East Asia?

Next year I'll be in SE Asia when it's my birthday. My friend and I will be spending 3 weeks there going from Bangkok to Singapore (and then onwards) but wonder where is best to go/be when you're celebrating.

Aside from that, what would you say you can't leave SE Asia without seeing or doing? I don't know a lot about Asia at the moment so any tips and tricks would be most appreciated.

Oh, and is Bali worth going to? Or is there somewhere which is like it but better?

Hi, pattaya is good for night life but if you did this your plan would be a bit wrong. Their would be no point going from bangkok to singapore to come back to thailand again. Go from bangkok. Stay in pattay until after your birthday then down to singapore would be a good route. Its is bouncing in pattaya and VERY good for nightlife. It also has loads of people who speak english and a decent beach. Have a good time :)

depends how you want to celeb your b'day. Loud bash - Bangkok/Pattaya/ Singapore/Bali. Silent time on a pristine beach then try some of the small islands around Thailand/Malaysia or Bali. Even better beaches on some islands of phillipines.
