In the last years Galilee area became the number one vacation area for Israelis, i think that tourists all over the world should enjoy the beautiful unique types of accommodation in this region:
1) people offer home stay in large village houses for most friendly and authentic experience - it is low cost .
2) guesthouses located in beautiful areas , include dormitory rooms and very friendly stuff - it is still low cost
3) zimmer type cabins - many families built a luxury cabins in their land - they use the imagination and build dream like cabins for rent - some of them are by far better then any 5 stars hotels - cost are same as hotel but the experience is much bigger.
another subject that grow bigger and bigger is ecology - organic farms , winerries , cheese makers , olive oil , build methods with mud , re-use of materials , potery and many many more
while visiting Israel , it is best to spend at least 3-4 days for the pleasant Galilee.
