Hostel In New York

Hi,

Me and two friends are visiting new york for a week in nov for the first time.

we are looking at booking a private room in a hostel. I've looked through a lot of hostels on the web but there seem to be few that offer a 3 person private room.

just wondered if anyone had suggestions of good ones to stay at.

Did you check out HostelWorld? There should be something on that site.

I went down the list of hostels in New York with availability in November and a rating of 70% or higher in the accommodation section here at travellerspoint, and found three listing private rooms with three beds:

• AAE Super Eight Hostel New York
• Jazz on Lenox
• American Dream Hostel

Alternatively, consider getting a twin and a single; there's many more hostels which have those available.

Am not sure what your budget is but I do recommend the Pod Hotel. They have rooms with a sink and the shower and toilet is shared between the rooms on the same floor.
